This lease includes:

7 stall barn with aisle
2 outdoor stalls - for horses or storage
Outdoor wash stall
Tack room
Hay loft - stores up to 750 bales
12 individual paddocks
4 group paddocks
2 grass fields (summer use only)
160' x 72' indoor arena
Access to miles of trails
